DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATESINDEPENDENT TURBINE PARTS & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
PLANNED MAINTENANCE & PEOPLE

Outage support.
Technical manpower.

Define the work, then the people needed to support it. AeroNova Power Solutions supports the review of planned gas turbine outage requirements and the definition and sourcing of technical personnel, with each assignment assessed against its scope, location and duration.

PLAN AROUND THE WORK

Outage scope
before headcount.

A useful manpower request connects each role to a defined work package and schedule. Share the support gap, the people already assigned and the tasks that remain to be covered.

01

Work packages

Describe the planned outage activities and the technical support needed for each. Identify work that belongs to your own team or other contractors, along with any scope still awaiting approval.

02

Schedule & coverage

State the outage window, expected assignment length, working pattern and number of personnel requested. Distinguish firm dates from provisional dates so availability can be reviewed realistically.

03

Experience & disciplines

Define the equipment experience and discipline requirements for each role. Include qualifications or site-specific requirements that need to be assessed before a person is proposed.

04

Parts & service interfaces

Identify parts requirements or other work that could affect the assignment. Keep the parts list and personnel brief distinct, and note any dependencies that could change the planned schedule.

BUILD THE MANPOWER BRIEF

Give each role
a clear purpose.

Technical manpower enquiries may support an outage or another defined assignment. Describe the role rather than relying on a job title alone: responsibilities, reporting line and expected work all matter when reviewing a requirement.

APS reviews the requested disciplines, experience, location and duration together. No fixed team size or immediate personnel availability is implied by submitting an enquiry.

Prepare a manpower enquiry
01

Role and equipment

Give the discipline, number of people requested and tasks for each role. Include the gas turbine model, configuration and relevant experience requirements.

02

Assignment and reporting

Identify the site country, target start, duration and working pattern. State who directs the work, receives progress reports and accepts the completed assignment.

03

Access and qualifications

List required qualifications, site inductions and access conditions. Include travel, accommodation and other mobilisation responsibilities that the proposal must address.

04

Dependencies and changes

Note whether dates depend on parts, site readiness or another contractor. Explain how schedule or scope changes should be reviewed before additional work is agreed.

REVIEW THE PROPOSAL

Confirm the assignment
before mobilisation.

The proposal should set out the agreed roles, scope, experience and qualification requirements, duration, reporting arrangements, mobilisation responsibilities and commercial terms. Availability and the suitability of proposed personnel are reviewed for the specific requirement.

Working hours, site conditions, exclusions and any change to the assignment should be clear to both parties. An enquiry does not reserve personnel, confirm mobilisation or guarantee an outage completion date.

APS is an independent provider. Equipment model names do not imply OEM affiliation, approval or certification.
